Here's just a small sampling of the different events we have held over the years!

SWE Big/Lil Sis Program

Every year, the SWE Executive Council organizes a Big/Lil Mentorship program that pairs one upperclassman engineering major with a underclassman engineering major. This program is a year-long program that starts in the fall. Through this program, many strong connections are established and there are many social events hosted by SWE to bring the pairs closer together. Look out for the application for this program in the Fall!

Virtual Project Aspire 2021

Project Aspire is an annual event held by the UC Davis SWE which is a day filled with interactive group activities and workshops geared to introduce female students to engineering and STEM fields along with an Alumni Panel. During Spring Quarter 2021, we hosted a virtual Project Aspire for high school students with over 100+ attendees!

High School Mentorship Program

During Fall Quarter 2020, SWE organized our first ever High School Mentorship Program for prospective engineers. There was a successful turnout of 300 mentees and 60 mentors!
